There has never been any shortcuts to Axel Borup-Jørgensen meshed music. Patience is a virtue when the sonorously refined music are to be absorbed. On the other hand there is a good chance that it is music that you return to and delve deeper into each time.

Also on this tribute album, where a work like "Sirenernes Kyst" (Coast of the Sirens) are as if woven of dreams. "Carambolage" demonstrates a little after, that although Borup-Jørgensen can be a tough cookie to embark on, his works often present themselves as an enchanting meditation on the beauty of life.
